Looking at the prompt from this past hours I am amazed to see that we are giving the privilege to talk about the things that bothers us the most with a possibility of finding help within this space how intriguing!
I believe that this is a good initiative because alot of people are bottling up the little little problems that they could have gotten help with if only they speak out.

As our faces are different so also is the colors of our problems and sometimes what we believe is mountain before us is probably just a small stone before someone else. And he can offer you the needed solution. I so desire that the prompt will keep to it's meaning and someone will get the needed help
It will be good to also bear in mind that some of the solutions to the problems that will be listed won't be limited to financial aid, some comments and piece of advice might help somebody go along way.
This particular issue that is bothering me right now is somewhat common to most people but because of the peculiarity of what is attached to mine I feel like sharing with the community to help me judge this matter.

Has having a roof over your head ever bothered you before? Living as a tenant in Nigeria can frustrate the life out of anyone and even in our Nollywood movies we have watched compilations of various stories that tenant and their Landlord engage in. They are always bypassing each other and most times fault comes from either the tenant or landlord. Either party often chose stricter methods of dealing with the other party after a first time ugly incident and the problem has continued. House owners will not give you a breathing space the moments your rent is due and there is a glitch in payment due to emergency or whatever reason even if you have been a dedicated tenant with prompt rent renewal in the past.

In my own case I wish above all things that I will possess a property of my own to avoid any embarrassment from landlords even before it comes. My mum has often taught me that once a man has a roof over his head every other problem is a minor one. The little resources coming in every day can either sustain you or you can find your way around food and clothing besides you also have access to a special kind personal privacy.Nobody knows how you manage your life and burden of rent renewal is lifted.
Rent renewal time is usually a dreaded moments for most tenants unless they have planned it out well.

Just last year I had rented an apartment and now live alone, even though rent renewal is not an issues yet the problem on ground now is that everyone wants to come and live in my little abode and comfort zone. Friends that are having issues with proximity to their work places and other challenges I can't mention. I never knew that taking people in wholely and entirely can bring me alot of inconveniences.
The peace and quietness I once enjoyed alone is no longer there, besides getting to accept the other people's lifestyle is a major concern knowing fully well that we are all imperfect humans.

Now Imagine some of the things I face here

• Someone playing music or watching movie loudly late into the night when I'm trying hard to catch some sleep after a hectic day

• House chores and cleaning been left to me even though we are cohabiting.(Living alone I try to keep the house in order at all times since I have limited time for cleaning).These days everywhere is usually messed up and I'm usually pissed off at the disorganized space.

• My roomies refusing to use the visitors toilets and ordering me around once in awhile about their choices in my own apartment (I'm not saying this out of pride but the inconveniences their choices cause me)

Now what do you think I should do regarding this, should I refuse to open my door to friends and even strangers because they tamper with my peace of mind knowingly and unknowingly?

 This is really embarrassing to write, In between I have just caught a toilet infection that has become a concern and I'm in dare need of a doctor's help. I'm not pointing fingers at who might have brought the infection to the house but this is just too much for me only because I want to render a helping hand 

To conclude this, I wish that I can help everyone in my own capacity/shelter anyone in urgent need of a roof over their head. I have once dreamt of having a house of my own then some extra apartment aside my main building for strangers to lodge in. That way we do not share thesame bedroom, toilet and others, this is what I have just told a friend some two days ago.
Some people are uncultured and offering help to such hurts our peace and comfort.
