My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2024

Hello Actifitters!

I craved spicy cheese Korean ramen for breakfast. The weather was cold and windy when I woke up, so it's perfect to slurp some hot and spicy noodles. The photo was not appetizingly taken because I asked my son to take a photo while I was busy holding my bowl and my chopsticks. My kids are not into spicy foods, so I prepared some pancakes for them before I started cooking the ramen, so they were already done with their breakfast when it was my turn to eat.
