Hola amigos y amigas de SWC hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes mi rutina de front
Hi SWC friends, today I come to share with you my front lever routine.
Los músculos que van a estar implicados en esta rutina serán dorsales,core, bíceps, abdominales, trapecio superior y deltoides
The muscles that will be involved in this routine will be dorsals, core, biceps, abdominals, upper trapezius and deltoids.

2) elevaciones a una pierna 4x5 c/l , 3)dominadas supinas 4x15,
4) remo en barra 4x10,

6) negativas en straddle front lever 4x7

2) single leg deadlifts 4x5 c/l ,
3)supine pull-ups 4x15,
4) barbell rowing 4x10,

Tenía dos semanas sin entrenar front y me pegó, lo que me gustan más son las elevaciones y las negativas, yo aguanto en straddle unos 8 segundos pero este año quiero conseguir más segundos , bueno eso fue todo por hoy en mi post espero que les guste y hasta otro próximo encuentro.
I had two weeks without training front and it hit me, what I like more are the lifts and the negatives, I hold in straddle about 8 seconds but this year I want to get more seconds , well that was all for today in my post I hope you like it and until another next meeting.
