Para una persona que estudia y se prepara para una profesión en la que siempre tendrá que usar la tecnología algo vital que tendrá que cuidar es unas herramientas básicas como seres humanos como lo son la mente y en este caso la vista .
Indiscutiblemente a medida que avanzamos en el uso de las computadoras o teléfono tendremos que ir cuidando esa visión ya que la exposición constante nos pude afectar y es importante tener esto en cuenta .
Y es que nos dediquemos o no a trabajar con medios tecnológicos el cuidado de nuestra vista es algo que todos debemos estar pendiente de esta y si ya requerimos lentes para nuestra visión cuidarnos aún más .
Desde que comencé a estudiar la carrera de ingeniería en sistemas era constante el echo que pasaba horas en las tardes o noches realizando trabajos para diversas asignaciones por lo que dedicaba mucho tiempo a estar pegada a la computadora y exponiendo mi vista a la pantalla .
For a person who studies and prepares for a profession in which he will always have to use technology, something vital that he will have to take care of is some basic tools as human beings such as the mind and in this case, sight.
Undoubtedly, as we advance in the use of computers or telephones, we will have to take care of that vision since constant exposure can affect us and it is important to keep this in mind.
And whether or not we dedicate ourselves to working with technological means, the care of our vision is something that we should all be aware of, and if we already require glasses for our vision, we should take care of ourselves even more.
Since I began studying the career of systems engineering, it was a constant fact that I spent hours in the afternoons or evenings doing work for various assignments, so I spent a lot of time glued to the computer and exposing my sight to the screen.
Y no paso mucho tiempo hasta que comenzará a notar diversos síntomas como cansancio , dolores de cabeza , dolores de vista e incluso tenía más episodios de migraña más seguidos .
Por lo que casi al año me realice los primeros exámenes donde mostraban que había un desgaste notorio y por ende tuve mis primeros lentes los cuales recuerdo eran rojos y pequeños , más sin embargo por alguna razón estos no tenían una fórmula adecuada y con forme paso el tiempo note como mi vista incluso empeoró y no lograba ver a distancia aún teniéndolos puestos por lo que decidí dejarlos y esperar a hacerme otros exámenes.
Un año después tuve de nuevo otro momento para realizar otro exámen de vista junto con un par de lentes está vez en morado y más grandes que utilice por varios años ayudándome a no forzar mi vista y facilitar el descanso de mi vista así como calmar dolores .
And it wasn't long before I started to notice various symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, eye pain and I even had more frequent migraine episodes.
So after almost a year I had my first exams which showed that there was noticeable wear and tear and so I had my first glasses which I remember were red and small, but for some reason these didn't have a suitable prescription and as time went by I noticed how my vision even got worse and I couldn't see in the distance even with them on so I decided to leave them on and wait to have other exams.
A year later I had another time to have another eye exam along with a pair of glasses this time in purple and larger which I used for several years helping me not to strain my eyes and to facilitate the rest of my eyes as well as to calm pain.
Estos lentes igualmente decidí dejarlos ya que había comenzado a sentir dolores de cabeza más pensaba que era por esto y tome la decisión de no usarlos y otra vez darme un tiempo hasta tener un chance de obtener unos distintos.
Y así fue tuve unas vacaciones pagadas en un trabajo tiempo después y aproveché la oportunidad me realice de nuevo el examen y mandé a realizar mis lentes está vez en un sitio distinto y elegí el modelo junto con lo que llaman cristal blue el cual ayuda a qué no pegue tanto la Luz del monitor en la vista y es un cristal ideal para los que nos desempeñamos en este mundo informático .
Desde entonces sueño cuidarlos mucho y son de mucha ayuda al momento de hacer largos trabajos o estar horas en la laptop realizando trabajos gráficos así como a calmar mis ojos , no obstante suelo hacer los cuidados respectivos ya que soy sensible a la luz por lo lo que bajo el brillo de los aparatos que utilice , no realizó fuerza con la vista y claro saber y tener en cuenta cuando mi dolor de vista es por cansancio o por otros factores .
I decided to stop using these glasses because I had started to get headaches, but I thought it was because of this and I decided not to use them and to give myself some time again until I had a chance to get different ones.
And so it was. I had a paid vacation at work some time later and I took advantage of the opportunity to take the exam again and I had my glasses made this time in a different place and I chose the model with what they call blue crystal which helps to keep the light from the monitor from hitting my eyes so much and it is an ideal crystal for those of us who work in this computer world.
Since then I dream of taking good care of them and they are very helpful when doing long jobs or spending hours on the laptop doing graphic work as well as calming my eyes. However, I usually take the necessary care since I am sensitive to light, so I lower the brightness of the devices I use, I don't strain my eyes and of course I know and take into account when my eye pain is due to fatigue or other factors.
Por eso hay que cuidar la vista y mucho .
