So today I will be making fresh carrot (Daucus carota) juice for the weekend; that sounds great, right? Yeah, I thought as much too when I was thinking of how to refine the carrot juice without spending too much money on it.
Carrots also contain some vitamins like "vitamin B, K, and A, which are good for the body. I usually tell people that it is not necessary to consume fat all the time; sometimes taking something like carrot juice is very healthy because it doesn't contain fat, and it is rich in potassium, which helps body blood pressure.
So let's get into the details and see how I made carrot juice at home without any stress or breaking the bank.
Ingredients are:
3 pieces of carrots
35cl of 7Up

Procedure
As you can see, the ingredients are very few, but trust me when I say the outcome was so sweet, healthy, and good.
I cut the carrot roots off and then rinse them.

The next thing I did was scrape the body of the carrot off because it looks so dirty, and I wouldn't want to use it that way.

After that, I cut them into pieces inside the blender; the reason why I cut them into pieces was because I wanted the blender to blend it smoothly.

Lastly, I added one teacup of water for blending. I didn't add too much water because of the 7UP; I don't want it to lose taste.

I blend it for five minutes, and after that, I place a sieve on a clean bowl, then pour the blended carrots into the sieve and make use of a tablespoon to press it until there is no juice in the shaft again. Then I threw the shaft away and set the juice aside.

Lastly, I poured the 35 cl of 7Up into the juice. Then pour some inside the cup and the rest inside a clean container for refrigerating.
