I starting to get my rhythm when it comes to my gym work out routine. My consistency in the past week has taken effect and now I don’t feel as tired as it was when I started the routine. I think this is a good sign and I should keep it consistent. Going to the gym regularly will have a positive impact to my overall health. I feel healthier on many aspects if my life because of this routine.
Tonight, I managed to do a 15-minute run on the treadmill, 60 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 30 counts of push ups and 30 counts of squats.
