    Havana, October 28, 2024.

This blue bed no longer belongs to me /-xgtsachse*-yue,efemnjktjekjwwkjekwje76752yºvsvcs 😐

For her everything is so easy while for me it is hard, very hard when I have to deal with the bureaucracy. In fact, she is a tender dreamer and at 7 o'clock in the morning she doesn't want to go out no matter how much I insist. If I go to pee twice in the morning and as soon as I get up I need to go again? why doesn't she?

    1 - she doesn't drink enough water
    2 - I don't know

    Bureaucracy.

    Umjú.

The cloud formations were beautiful today. Beautiful today (always)🤣, I was on my way to the telephone company in Marianao municipality, and I was looking at the sky. Looking at the sky and thinking. Thinking...

... in the never-ending line that I was sure to find there. But I worked it out. In fact, I found that little bird later, when I had already solved the problem with my landline contract, a contract renewal, they said. And I had to go and offer my personal details.

Why did they make me go there to show my ID card? Aren't they supposed to have my details in my mobile phone contract, or in that contract itself... if they thought I died, just calling me on the phone was enough. I would have answered from the blue paradise... or Chanel could have answered and put me on the phone, whatever. You don't think she's capable of answering the phone? Okay, mi-ma, don't-o-ver-do- it.

    😁
    Yeah, let's moving on.

I didn't take the Panasonic camera with me. So on my walk I decided to take some pictures with my phone while I was on my way to the Post Office. Let's see how far I walked, shall we? map 🚶‍♀

(Of course, it's round trip, and then look for transport to get home.)

But first look at who the author of this mural is. I'll tell you more shortly. Focus, come on...

    Máisel López - Instagran Profile.

This Cuban painter has left a beautiful mark on many walls, marks of innocence. Since 2015 he started painting these huge murals and there was a lot of speculation about the identity of the children... he said they were models chosen at random.

I found this one at the Galería de Arte Wifredo Lam, you know, in Marianao. I already told that.

The girl walker was already going with her bags a bit full, taking pictures wasn't so easy like that. I went to see the opening hours of this gallery... and I wanted to know if there were any exhibitions these days.

    $1

Yes, there is. This place is open from Tuesday to Saturday and also on Sundays.

Look how interesting this photo turned out! Zoom in... and tell me what you see, go ahead. Stop being shy!

Fragmented Gazes / City Dialogue is the title of this group exhibition and it seems that it will only be there this month.

And now I'm going to tell you in black and white, how my fragmented gaze was left.

This is what is behind the Gallery, and it is the Marianao Amphitheatre.

    $1

The city is telling me that it can't take any more of such thoughtlessness and neglect.

This venue was inaugurated in 1952 and has a capacity for 3000 people. There it is rotting in solitude. People dump rubbish all around and nobody seems to care.

While I was taking this photo, some men spoke to me. They asked me if I was an inspector.

I plan to make a series of photos of this which I show you below. People on the street selling any number of things... sitting in parks, on pavements, on curbs.

    This speaks to desperation.

I saw no way to enter the amphitheatre... so I took the pictures from outside, slipping my hands through the bars.

I asked myself when I was there, why so much idleness? No one has an idea for this art site? How are the people going to have emotional wellbeing seeing a place like this, seeing things crumbling around them. Ok, there are many shortages, but nice parks and places like this to feed the soul, can't we have either?

    Anyway...

In a few hours we are going to have a blackout in half of Havana due to restorations (I don't get stressed out, I'll just go for a ride on my bike or do some gardening).

I don't know about this, that we will run out of power by 4pm, is fake news or if it is correct... I am writing at 2 am on October 29th. This is my story. I share with you bits and pieces of my life, in case you might be interested.
