This is my first time trying to make long beans and tofu with yellow coconut milk sauce, the combination of the two tastes savory and delicious.
Ingredients:
🔹3 tofu boards.
🔹400 grams of long beans.
🔹1 coconut for coconut milk.
🔹2 red chilies.
🔹10 cayenne peppers.
🔹1 candlenut.
🔹2 curly chilies.
🔹4 shallots.
🔹2 garlic.
🔹1 sunti acid.
🔹1/2 cm turmeric.
🔹3 green chilies.
🔹1 tomato.
🔹2 curry leaves.
🔹1 teaspoon salt.
How To Make:
🔸cut the tofu into triangles.
🔸cut the long beans to taste.
🔸slice the green chilies and tomatoes.
🔸heat the oil, sprinkle salt on the tofu, fry the tofu until half cooked.
🔸grind the spices.
🔸put the washed long beans into the pan, add salt.
🔸add the ground spices, also add the curry leaves.
🔸add coconut milk, stir well, cook until boiling.
🔸when the vegetables are boiling, add the green chilies and tomatoes.
🔸lastly add the tofu, stir well.
🔸when cooked, remove and serve.
