Iulia Qiparosa

She has had a wild life, hailing originally from Romania. She has had a lot of experience in her early teens helping organize a lot of big psytrance-festivals. She is a passionate photographer, always ready to capture a beautiful shot & according to her it has annoyed many people she has known throughout her life, although I personally have been grateful for the great moments she has been able to capture of us & our dogs. She is also a skilled artist, using many different mediums to work with, but most unique to her is how she likes to use materials found in nature & turn them into jewelry. On our walks she keeps collecting all sorts of small pieces of little barks, woods, bones, fruits & seeds to bring back home with her, inspired to turn them into earrings & pendants. She has a very refined taste in food, something we both share, having fun in the kitchen to produce awesome nourishing wholesome dishes & sweet treats.

I am Iulia - a wanderer of worlds, a weaver of dreams turned into reality, a very real surreal being, seeker and giver of light, an artist, and last but not least a child of God, deeply heart rooted in Mother Earth. My journey through life is about creating beauty, finding purpose in everything, both big & small, a deep connection to nature & human nature, to the natural world, where every passion, every expression, every craft, and every endeavor stems from the dance between each element. My approach is a holistic one, there is no place for separation, every “story”, every sound, every fractal of light comes together as one flower which holds the essence, the perfumes , the textures of the fabric of this existence in true intimacy guided by God.

I was born in Baia Mare, România, yet my first years & my journey began in the countryside of Sălaj, in a tiny village called Letca. There, my house was a natural one, a cob house, a more than 100 year old house, which was in the winter very warm and in the summer was the best place to retreat in its cold freshness during the most hot days when the sun migh be a bit unbearable. The house was covered in wine grapes, I was surrounded by the whispers of leaves touched by the gentle winds, the beautiful sound of humming insects, and the embrace of a wild garden where I was surrounded by roses, tulips, lily of the valley, peony & Hyacinths . Trees such as the elder tree, and the lilac and quince trees. This was the vast bouquet of smells and essences, the fragrances of my childhood. These were my first guides & teachers.

My earliest memories are of that garden which i described few lines above, a garden that felt alive, my sanctuary where plants whispered the secrets of the universe and where the earth became my playground. It was there, where my roots sank deeply into the fertile soil of Mother Earth, the place where in my first years of existence I learned to listen to the absolute majestic melody & quietness of the magic of life.

I've lived in several countries throughout my life, namely Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Germany & the UK, now I find my home in Croatia where I live with the love of my life 'Artin' & our Paw-Daughters Salsa & Kymia.

What regards my passions & interests, there is a whole list of things I engage with, which I will be posting and expanding upon in future posts:
Permaculture, eco building, land art, clay, sculpture, painting, embroidered, knitting, leather crafts, natural jewellery from natural elements, cooking, baking herbalism, alchemy, writing, poetry, tailoring, photography, videography, life.

This is who am I, a creation of God, of Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Spirit, Light, and Ether. Through each element, I find expression. whether in crafting with leather, telling stories through photography, writing or poetry, or exploring new realms of healing and spirituality. I am constantly reminded and the reminder of the sacredness of life, of the way these elements move through me, through all of us and through all things.

As I walk this path, I invite you to join me. Let’s be. Let’s create, heal, and explore together, for life is a mysterious divine journey that is ever unfolding infinite possibilities, always transforming, always blossoming. Let’s all walk in the light, among the elements, together. We are alive. We are life. We are a Walking Laboratory through which flows The Natural Artistic Flow. We are!
