With almost 5,000 members in the Education group, finding 200 Universities who would like to participate in the PPP token project should be easy.

• What is the PPP token project
  As a free currency member, I believe that a fair token should be distributed equally to all its members.
  The Oxfam report shows that wealth is particularly poorly distributed across the planet. Maybe things could be better with better distribution?
  Maybe we could achieve the Sustainable Development Goals faster?

I would like to make 200,000 millionaires to be sure!
The PPP token will be distributed equally among 200,000 students, 1 million each.

How do you recruit 200,000 candidates?
By choosing 200 partner universities.
Ideally, these Universities should be distributed evenly across all countries, depending on the country's population. It would take too long and require too much discussion. We will therefore simply select the first 200 universities or student organizations who are willing to participate.

• What do we expect from each partner?
  A list of 1,000 students who want to become a PPP millionaire.
  If possible 500 men and 500 women, but we will let each University, or each organization freely choose the list of 1,000 students to be selected.

*Each student must have an individual account.
Obviously, Hive would be an interesting candidate to carry out this token creation and this equitable distribution, but Hive does not currently have an identification system. So I chose XPRnetwork and its Webauth wallet, another DPOS blockchain.
If, however, a majority of participants wanted to use hive, it would only take one vote to change tools. Again Hive does not have a DAO while XPR network has the dao2learn DAO on thedaoscope.xyz

I am proposing a list of initial tools that will allow us to start this project without wasting too much time; the steering committee will decide how things will evolve.

I imagine it would be very difficult to get a consensus from 200,000 people on the question of which blockchain is currently the best to use for this project.

What do I want from a partner?

• That he post a message in the EducDAO community to say that he wishes to participate.
• Let him respond to this message
• That he selects 1,000 students by publishing the protocol used for the selection of candidates
• That he offers me 2 other participants in the project

Meanwhile, the steering committee advances on the tokenomics of the PPP token

• How much to reserve for liquidity pools?
• How much to reserve for the project management team?
• Which multisignature wallet to confidently distribute 1 million tokens to 200,000 students?
• What protocol for the distribution of tokens

Comment recruter 200 000 candidats ?
En choisissant 200 Universités partenaires.
Dans l’idéal, il faudrait que ces Universités soient réparties de manière homogène dans tous les pays, en fonction de la population du pays. Ca prendrait trop de temps et demanderai trop de discussions. Nous allons donc simplement sélectionner les 200 premières universités ou organisations d’étudiants qui veulent bien participer.

• Qu’est-ce que nous attendons de chaque partenaire ?
  Une liste de 1 000 étudiants qui veulent bien devenir millionaire en PPP.
  Si possible 500 hommes et 500 femmes, mais nous laisserons chaque Université, ou chaque organisation choisir librement la liste de 1 000 étudiants à sélectionner.

• Chaque étudiant doit avoir un compte individuel.
  Evidement, Hive serait un candidat intéressant pour réaliser cette création de token et cette distribution équitable, mais Hive ne dispose pas à ce jour de système d’identification. J’ai donc choisi XPRnetwork et son wallet Webauth, une autre blockchain DPOS.
  Si toutefois une majorité de participants souhaitait utiliser hive, il suffirait d’un vote pour changer d’outils. La encore Hive ne dispose pas de DAO alors que XPR network dispose du DAO dao2learn sur thedaoscope.xyz

Je propose une liste d’outils initiales qui nous permettent de démarrer ce projet sans perdre trop de temps, le comité directeur décidera de l’évolution des choses.

J’imagine qu’il serait très difficile d’obtenir un consensus de 200 000 personnes sur la question qu’elle est la meilleure blokchain actuellement à utilise pour ce projet.
