Things keep changing, for the better ✌️. This March 8, International Women's Day, we continue with fitness, and this time a new Internet company organized a dance therapy marathon for women in the small square where my husband and I go daily to do cardio exercises, no We knew it.
We arrived at the square and the fitness marathon had already begun, even so, we reached the part where the many women who were in the activity were. The atmosphere looked beautiful, my husband was amazed😲.
My husband always accompanies me to the cardio routine, or rather I accompany him, Jijiji, I was between the routine we do daily and a little fun with dance therapy. There were coaches from various Gym who led the marathon dances and also most of the women were identified with t-shirts of the same color per group.
The activity was quite busy, there were a lot of people, the place is ideal for holding this type of outdoor events, and I am happy with my prince as a companion.
It was quite hot , and the Inter company offered the women attendees water and bananas to stay hydrated.
The small square was dressed to the nines, they turned on the lights and even the fountain of our monument "El Barroso". It was a fitness-colored party in tribute to women with what is done most in that place, exercises to maintain health.
Raffles were held for the women by the company, the marathon continued until the body could bear it 🚲, Hehehe. We bought some very good Jamaican flower juices that we are drinking every day, in addition to so many benefits it has, they are super refreshing🥤.
For our part, we sat there, admiring the atmosphere for a while longer after finishing the cardio routine, while we gained a little strength to return home 🏡 by bike 🚲 how always.
This was a super different women's day 💐, it is still special with my husband by my side 💕, but with more meaning than ever, because to be a warrior, fabulous, entrepreneur, wife, daughter, worker, tireless, unconditional, mother and more, I cannot forget that the first thing is to take care of my health, to be able to continue being a "Woman" in all its facets ❤️🩹.

Las cosas siguen cambiando, para bien ✌️. Este 8 de marzo día internacional de la mujer, seguimos con lo fitness, y ésta vez una empresa nueva de Internet 🛜 organizó un maratón de bailoterapia para las mujeres en la plazoleta a la que vamos diariamente mi esposo y yo a realizar ejercicios cardio, no lo sabíamos.
Llegamos a la plazoleta y ya había comenzado el maratón fitness, aún así, nos llegamos a la parte donde estaban las muchas mujeres que habían en la actividad. Se veía precioso el ambiente, mi esposo estaba asombrado 😲.
Siempre me acompaña mi esposo a la rutina cardio, o más bien yo lo acompaño a él, Jijiji, estuve entre la rutina que hacemos diariamente y un poco de diversión con la bailoterapia. Habían entrenadores de varios Gym que dirigían los bailes de la maratón y también la mayoría de las mujeres estaban identificadas con franelas del mismo color por grupo.
La actividad estuvo bastante movida, habia muchísima gente, el lugar es ideal para realizar este tipo de eventos al aire libre, y yo pues feliz con mi príncipe de compañero.
Había bastante calor 🥵, y la empresa de Inter ofreció a las mujeres asistentes agua y bananas para mantenerse hidratadas.
La plazoleta estaba vestida de gala, encendieron las luces y hasta la fuente de nuestro monumento "El Barroso". Era una fiesta de color fitness en homenaje a las mujeres con lo que más se hace en ese lugar, ejercicios para mantener la salud.
Se realizaron rifas para las mujeres por parte de la empresa, continuó la maratón hasta que el cuerpo aguantó 🚲, Jejeje. Nosotros compramos unos jugos de flor de Jamaica buenísimos que nos estamos tomando todos los dias, además de tantos beneficios que tiene, son super refrescante🥤.
Por nuestra parte, estuvimos allí sentados, admirando el ambiente por un tiempo más después de terminar la rutina cardio, mientras agarramos un poco de fuerza para regresar a casa 🏡 en bicicleta 🚲 cómo siempre.
Éste fue un día de la mujer 💐súper diferente, no deja de ser especial con mi esposo al lado 💕, pero con más significado que nunca, porque para ser guerrera, fabulosa, emprendedora, esposa, hija, trabajadora, incansable, incondicional, madre y más, no puedo olvidar que lo primero es cuidar de mi salud, para poder seguir siendo una "Mujer" en todas sus facetas ❤️🩹.
Es todo por éste post y feliz día de la mujer, en éste marzo que lleva nuestros nombres por todos lados 💐🩷...
