Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.
Battle details: I played with water splinter and my opponent used a dragon splinter against me. Fire snd Earth teams were banned from this battle.
It was a battle with 31 mana cap and three rules:
Melee Mayhem: Melee attack monsters can attack from any position.
Heavy Hitters: All monsters have Knock Out ability.
Up Close and Personal: Only monsters with melee attack may be used in battles.
Summoner, KELYA FRENDUL level 5. This summoner gives my team +1 speed and armor.
First Position, HYDRA level 3. This monster has Heal, Thorns and Retaliate abilities. I used this monster as a protection from melee mayhem rule.
Second Position, GOBLIN MECH level 6. This monster has great attack powert and armor. It also has Stun and Piercing abilities. I used this monster because it can Stun my enemies.
Third Position, COASTAL SENTRY level 6. This monster has Piercing and Double Strike abilities. I used this monster because it can attack twice and do insane damage.
I knew that my enemy will have only melee attack monsters and that they will likely attack my tank (due to Melee Mayhem rule). So I used a HYDRA as my first monster because it has perfect abilities to defend from melee attacks. I also used two monsters with Piercing abilities in case my enemy would have a lot of armor. I also hoped that while HYDRA protects my team my monster with Stun ability will do a lot of damage due to Heavy Hitters rule.
My opponent had a bigger team. But my team was more powerful. After a while I lost my HYDRA but at that point my enemy no longer had enough fire power to defeat me. My remaining monsters proved to be useful because their Stun and Piercing abilities worked well. So I won.
