So I was unable to post an @actifit report card for yesterday's activity.

I attached the co-pilot and trailer to the Electra with the little guy captain's chair and we did about 6 miles yesterday afternoon.

It was the most painful ride in the last couple years. I figure it was about 300 pounds of resistance.

I spent most of today working around the house.

The little guy and I spent about 2 hours at the park and playground tonight.
