Yes, martabak is a very popular food in Indonesia, martabak is usually made with egg and flour preparations, served with spring onion and chili, and there is also sweet martabak with various flavors and delicious toppings, you can order according to your preferences, there are chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, srikaya and many other flavors.

    And for today, I will not make martabak with the version I mentioned above, I will make martabak with another version, which is verai indomie, you can imagine how it tastes, especially for indomi lovers, it must be very tasty, how is indomi made into martabak, have you ever cooked it? If you don't like it yet, we will make it for today.



    The only ingredients used are indomi, eggs, flour and a little onion, for the seasoning I don't use any more because it already has spices from indomi, it's better than wondering what martabak tastes like with indomi in it, I will share this recipe with you all.

    Indomie martabak, I was inspired by the canteen mother in my office, the canteen mother always cooks Indomi martabak for lunch, I also once asked the canteen mother to make it and after I ate it, it turned out to be delicious too, mixed with chili sauce to make the martabak even tastier and spicier.



    Materials used

    1 pack of indomie
    A few pieces of spring roll skin
    1 egg
    1 stalk of celery and onion


    Manufacturing procedure



    First


    Boil indomi in boiling water, until the noodles are soft, after the indomi is soft, then remove and drain

    Second


    Break an egg, then mix it into the indomie, and also slice the celery leaves and mix it into the noodles, mix evenly until the noodles are evenly mixed,also add indominya seasoning

    Third


    Prepare the spring roll skin, put a spoonful of dough into the spring roll skin, then fold the spring roll skin into a square shape, do it until the dough is used up

    Fourth


    Fry the martabak in hot oil, until the martabak is cooked, until it is brown, the heat is moderate so that it doesn't burn easily, and don't forget to turn it over, so that it cooks evenly

    Indomie martabak is ready to be served at the dining table at home, enjoyed while warm makes this martabak even more delicious, yes martabak is very good when eaten while it is still warm, so I always eat martabak while it is still warm like this, the indomie taste is very crispy combined with delicious eggs, it tastes exactly like the one made by my canteen mother at my office.

    you can see that the texture of the noodles is still very tasty, plus the noodle seasoning is even more delicious and savory, especially mixed with the sambal sauce makes it even more delicious
