Hello Splinterlands friends, as you all may know I am a fan of playing Splinterlands tournaments. I have played in many of them against all of you.
Playing Splinterlands tournaments allows us to improve our strategies and face opponents that due to league limitations it is not possible to compete with them.
In today's post I'm going to share one of those epic battles that can be seen in this kind of tournaments.

Jugar torneos de Splinterlands nos permite mejorar nuestras estrategias y enfrentarnos a rivales que por limitación de liga no es posible competir con ellos.
En el post de hoy voy a compartir uno de esas batallas épicas que se pueden ver en éste tipo de torneos.
SPLINTERLANDS TOURNAMENT
I am participating in the Silvershield Academy Beginner Training tournament where you can play with Silver level cards and it is possible to select any type of card.
The price to enter the tournament was 2 SPS and only for participating you get back the SPS invested, so it's all benefits.
Estoy participando en el torneo Silvershield Academy Beginner Training en donde se puede jugar con cartas a nivel Silver y es posible seleccionar cualquier tipo de carta.
El precio por entrar en el torneo era de 2 SPS y únicamente por participar recuperabas el SPS invertido, así que todo son beneficios.
In the rules of combat you could only choose the elements Earth, Life or Death, in addition to 28 points of available mana and the battle conditions Up Close & Personal, Fog of War and Melee Mayhem.
This type of combat is very common to use the new Soulbound summoners with which we can use our Gladius cards.
Personally I always try to look for the option to make a strategy thinking that my opponent is going to play Quora Towershead, one of the most powerful cards in the game.
En las reglas del combate únicamente se podía elegir los elementos Tierra, Vida o Muerte, además de 28 puntos de maná disponible y las condiciones de batalla Up Close & Personal, Fog of War y Melee Mayhem.
Este tipo de combates es muy habitual utilizar los nuevos invocadores Soulbound con los cuales podemos utilizar nuestras cartas Gladius.
Personalmente siempre intento buscar la opción de hacer una estrategia pensando en que mi rival me va a jugar a Quora Towershead, una de las cartas más poderosas del juego.
THE BATTLE
I have always been a follower of the Life element, I think it has very powerful cards both melee, ranged and magic. This time I went for cards with enough toughness and attack power to make them difficult to remove.
Uriel the Purifier is a clear example of how powerful a card can be, thanks to its abilities it is the perfect tank to use in first position. In second place I would use Marisol Contuma, it was important to be able to hit from the second position with a devastating blow. Finally, Vulguine gave me the possibility to use a card with a low mana cost and that could gain stamina after each kill.
Siempre he sido un seguidor del elemento Vida, creo que tiene cartas muy poderosas tanto de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, como a distancia y magia. En esta ocasión me decidí por unas cartas con suficiente resistencia y poder de ataque para que fueran difíciles de eliminar.
Uriel the Purifier es un ejemplo claro de qué poderosa puede llegar a resultar una carta, gracias a sus habilidades es el tanque perfecto para usar en primera posición. En segundo lugar utilizaría a Marisol Contuma, era importante poder golpear desde la segunda posición con un golpe demoledor. Por último, Vulguine me daba la posibilidad de usar una carta de bajo coste de maná y que pudiera ganar resistencia después de cada muerte.

My opponent's strategy was simple, to test all my offensive power, weakening my melee attacks with Disintegrator while Quora Towershead attacked and regenerated.
On the first turn my opponent's hits destroy Uriel the Purifier's shield, lucky that he also has the Heal ability. The attacks of Marisol Contuma are still very powerful and only a card like Quora Towershead could face him.
In the second Uriel the Purifier can hit and the combined attack of my three cards do a lot of damage to Quora, while Uriel continues to regenerate from the damage received.
The third turn begins with an accurate hit from Marisol Contuma that destroys Quora with total security the battle is won since Uriel can withstand the damage while Marisol Contuma and Vulguine hit from behind.
In the fourth turn I destroy Disintegrator and Fungus Fiend and we can call it a day, my opponent has nothing else to stop me.
In the fifth turn I eliminate Mycelic Morphoid and finally in the sixth turn I finish with Hill Giant.
A fight in which a Quora Towershead at level 3 can do nothing against the strategy I had prepared for her.
La estrategia de mi rival era sencilla, poner a prueba todo mi poder ofensivo, debilitando mis ataques cuerpo a cuerpo con Disintegrator mientras Quora Towershead atacaba y se regeneraba.
En el primer turno los golpes de mi rival destruyen el escudo de Uriel the Purifier suerte que él también tiene la habilidad Heal. Los ataques de Marisol Contuma siguen siendo muy poderosas y solo una carta como Quora Towershead podría hacerle frente.
En el segundo Uriel the Purifier puede golpear y el ataque combinado de mis tres cartas hacen mucho daño a Quora, mientras Uriel sigue regenerándose del daño recibido.
Comienza el tercer turno con un golpe certero de Marisol Contuma que destruye a Quora con total seguridad la batalla está ganada ya que Uriel puede aguantar el daño mientras Marisol Contuma y Vulguine golpean desde atrás.
En el cuarto turno destruyo a Disintegrator y Fungus Fiend y podemos dar por acabado el combate, mi rival no tiene nada más para pararme.
En el quinto turno elimino a Mycelic Morphoid y para terminar en el sexto turno acabo con Hill Giant.
Un combate en el que una Quora Towershead a nivel 3 nada puedo hacer contra la estrategia que tenía preparada para ella.
