I started watching anime when I was in 10th grade. It was one of my past times when I didn't have assignments, activities, or projects; I was not in the mood to review some of the topics and activities in our module; or it was a weekend. I don't remember how I was influenced by watching anime. But I found myself enjoying watching a lot of anime on YouTube. Yes, you read it right. My source is only YouTube because there's a lot of free anime to watch there. I remember searching for YouTube content of any anime recommendations from different genres and titles of anime and writing it down in a note on my phone. I then checked those animes that I had already watched.
I have watched many anime before, but I forgot the titles for a long time. But I remember the one I used to watch, whose title was "Nana."
I don't know why, out of all the anime I've watched, this one stuck in my memory for a long time. LOL
Now, after how many years have passed, I watched a new anime. Actually, I have watched three animes. The first one is an anime that was recommended by Demotry; the second one is an anime that I didn't expect I could relate to; and the third one is an anime that I just discovered while browsing something I can watch.
I don't like to be dramatic since this is my first blog here in this community, so I decided to review the third anime that I have watched rather than the second one.
The title of this anime is "My Happy Marriage."
The first time that I saw the spoiler in Tiktok, I became curious about the male lead because he was so handsome!
But when I watched all the episodes, I became focused on the story and not just the looks of the characters.
At the beginning of this anime, my blood was already boiling. I didn't know that the beginning would be like this. The situation of the female lead is not new to me, as I've already seen this before in other dramas, movies, or other series that I have watched, but still, I can't stop myself from feeling angry toward her stepmother, stepsister, and especially towards her father.
But my feelings toward her family changed when I saw this guy named Koji. I have also seen this kind of situation, and I really don't like the feeling. Because I always ended up falling in love with the second lead rather than the male main lead.
What I really like about watching some romance genres is when a man is being overly possessive toward their girl. I really like how the main male lead is being cute when he is jealous. He doesn't like to admit it, or he doesn't want to show it?
I really like that this anime has a few funny scenes too.
Btw. I loved the character of Godo! He is my favorite character here
Even if the male lead here is so handsome, I will still choose Godo! Haha, but to be honest, I am into characters in anime that have good looks. Sorry if I am being picky, but they are my happiness, just like how I watch some Korean drama, Chinese drama, and Japanese drama.
I really love how this anime is giving me some advice. This anime is not only for romance and relationships, but there is also some life advice that you can get.
And since I am the type of person who doesn't read any information about what she wants or chooses to watch, I am really amazed that this anime is not just a simple human story about two people who're in love. I really like how this anime's characters have some supernatural powers.
Anyway, I really enjoyed this anime's story. It's not boring because there are some scenes that I enjoyed watching. The story is not a problem either, because it's my first time watching an anime that's a mix of old-fashioned and new eras. I'm just a little disappointed because I had a lot of questions while watching that were not answered until I finished watching all the episodes but according to the source, when I searched if there will be a season 2 of this anime series, it's a good thing that they will have, but I am not sure if it's true. This anime series also has live action, but I haven't watched it yet. I will try watching it when I have some time.
This is all I can say about this anime series that I have watched!
