Hoy quería darle la importancia real a uno de los alimentos que comemos más a menudo y que realmente no le damos la suficiente importancia.

En mi casa desde siempre, a la persona inútil se decía, " No sabe ni freír un huevo".

Pues hoy quiero decir que realmente no todos los huevos fritos , están igual de buenos.

También el aceite que se emplea para freírlo y por supuesto la forma en la que se fríe. Hay que ser paciente y esperar a que el aceite este bien caliente, echar el huevo con cuidado para que no se rompa al caer en la sartén. Echar una pizca de sal sobre él y dejar hacer a tú gusto.
Con puntillas, son los huevos que tienen todo el filito de la clara bien tostadito pero la yema esta perfecta para mojar.
