Buenos dias a todos, la verdad que el degustar siempre comidas que contengan una variedad de verduras, como lo es en este caso, esta sopa, la cual el ingrediente principal son los frigoles rojos, los mismos se los deja en remojo desde el dia anterior, para que de esa manera se cocine mejor y por supuesto salga mucho mas blando, tambien zapallo, morron, zanahoria, mandioca, papa y cebolla, las entre todas esas verduras, dejan degustar esta rica sopa.
Ademas como se puede ver en la foto le agregue un poco de fideos tallarines finos y caldo de verduras, una ves que se hierve todo, va tomandoeste color que vemos, hasta que el zapallo de ablande muy bien para depsues comenzar a degustar.
