Morning walking is a simple type of exercise but has many health benefit. Morning walk Community whose member are men who come from Neighborhood Community.
Still survives today even though it's member have decreases a lot because of old age and many have died on old age. Thank you Wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay as host.
Sharing the experience of a morning walk in the open which was held on Sunday, April 21,2024, a location in in the Northern Sukabumi Regional. Morning walks every Sunday are routines form of exercise that is followed several friends in the neighborhood.
Morning walk start around 7.30 am until around 10.15 am. The supplier brought by friends be sides mineral water, they also brought brown rice which had been wrapped found is banana leaves, what Sundanese people call Nasi Timbel.
And several side dishes such as fried fish and other side dishes, the place to eat was in the HUT located on the middle of the garden. The majority of residents in hilly areas do garden as their main source of income.
The grow various vegetables and the results are sold at the market or sent out of town. Walking a long stone paths, asphalt roads, dirt road and narrow pathes in the middle of garden.
It is estimated that my friend and I cover a walking distance of around 7 kilometers with a travel time of a found two hours. People garden various types of vegetables,such as red chilies, cabbage, leaf vegetables, cayone peppers,pumpkins,spring onion, Citrus plant, and other vegetables plants that they plant.
Along the way my friend and I chatted about anything so we wouldn't get bored, we also found flowers blomming along the road we passed. The Residences of the Resident in the village here are far apart limited by garden land.
To offer merchandise such as blankets, mattresses trader carry them on their soulders despite the steep up and down road conditions. After the walk was finished and we were tired enough, we finally looked for HUT to rest and eat.
