At the end of last year, I remember that I was afraid that I would not be able to power up that 1 K HIVE that I had been doing for a long time until that moment... I have depleted my reserves, and I didn't have assets to convert to HIVE and power up! In January 2024, I did my last 1K power-up after a 27-monthly streak of doing them! I took a 3-month break, and after that, in June 2024, restarted the 1K power-ups!
In those 3-4 months, I was exchanging some of my other assets (HBD and some H-E tokens) into HIVE, accumulating them again... Since June, I have been doing 1K power-ups and I plan to do them until the end of this year... What will happen after that? I have no idea, but I'm sure that I will push hard to accumulate more HIVE and continue supporting the #HivePUD! Seeing my Hive friends doing the same, powering up HIVE, inspires me, and motivates me to do the same!

When you are new to HIVE, you can't grasp how powerful is this platform and how powerful is a simple "event" as #HivePUD, the day when Hivians power up their HIVE! It's not just about powering up or bragging about it, it is much more... By doing it, you "passively" inspire others to do the same, but also, you actively support your friends, and your communities with higher upvotes!!! That's why powering up isn't a selfish move, it is adding value to your friends, followers, and people and projects that you support!!
It is fantastic to see my friends growing, doing better and better, growing in HivePower, but growing as humans, too!!! Sharing is caring... 🙂

I know, I know... It's not all about the #HivePUD and we shouldn't only power up HIVE on the 1st of the month... We should do that more often, whenever we can... Because of that, I did that every single day, during September! As I did that, I got my #HivePUM badge too!
I'm happy to see that this month, 48 Hivians got this badge, which is 19 users more than the last month! Good job, guys!!!
To get this badge, you should power up at least 1 HIVE every day of the month OR create a post every day with rewards set to 100% HP...
So, what is #HivePUD?
Just a short introduction to HivePUD... What does it mean at all? #HivePUD is shortened for the Hive Power Up Day. It's an event when Hive members power up their liquid HIVE and stop any active PowerDown! It is organized by great fellow Hivians @streetstyle and @traciyork and is held every 1st day of a month.
