My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2024 || I Am Alive And Thriving

Greetings to you all dear actifitters, hope your day went well.

Today I actually do a lot of walking around the city.

I left home and walked through Itu road to Ikpa road and settled in the office. In the office I attended to one of my clients.

I went out to Epic Plaza to pick up some documents for the client. While there I had some hard time locating Miss Peace who handled the documents. This is because the occupants of the plaza were serve quit notice and the whole place seems to be in confusion.

So many are found using the passage rather than the inside offices.

The Ikot Ekpene round about looks busy as different activities goes on.

My walk later took me to church road where I met Eddie in her office.

So far today's fitness health walk have been successfully.

I have been able to make over 12100 steps as I walk back home.

That has been all for the day.
