In the last few weeks, I have come to understand something that, though it may seem absurd, holds a great truth: the existence of duality in our lives.
We have always known day and night, the rising and the falling, but now I come to appreciate it in a deeper way.
As someone who used to experience intense emotions, many of them unpleasant, discovering a neutral point in my life has become a universe in itself.
I find myself in a new place, full of questions and reflections.
What does it really mean to feel passion, what is it like to experience the fire of desire to excel, to connect with others, to love?

Recently, I met someone who claimed to have achieved silence and emptiness of mind, I consider her a true master, but I worry that she doesn't laugh so much.
However, I find comfort in remembering that even in the most serious moments, there is a Buddha who laughs. It makes me happy to think about it.
I think if I am told that I will attain enlightenment but become unsmiling and serious, I would prefer to be reincarnated again and again in this world.
For me, nature is a smile, just like a star. Every galaxy bursts into cosmic laughter. These ideas occupy my mind, and I immerse myself in contemplation of these things.
On this journey of discovery, I have learned to appreciate the duality that exists in our existence.
Life is full of contrasts: light and darkness, joy and sorrow, growth and fall.

Accepting this duality allows us to find balance and harmony in our being.
Although it may seem absurd at first, recognising and embracing duality allows us to fully experience the richness and diversity of life.
We need not fear the ups and downs, but learn from them and find our own neutral point where we can find peace and serenity.
