    Hey everyone, welcome.
I'm happy to tell you about my trip to Churdhar, a big mountain covered in snow that's about 15 feet deep. The views of the other mountains from there are amazing.

If you haven't read my last blog about our trip to the Shirgul Maharaj Temple, check it out ⬇️.

After hiking for one hour from the Shirgul Maharaj Temple, my friends and I reached the top of Churdhar.

We saw a stunning Shiva statue covered in white snow.

We prayed and meditated there for a while because it felt very spiritual and peaceful. We also captured some photographs with lord Shiva statue .
While we were there, we heard more people coming to the temple.

As they reached we spend some time at the temple, taking nice pictures with them we didn't know that they were also coming behind us. We said some prayers to Lord Shiva and then started talking with the strangers. They told us some really interesting stories and tales about Churdhar mountain while we were there.

One of them told us about a demon named Chur something who used to cause trouble for the locals. And Lord Shiva fought the demon on that mountain. After defeating the demon, the place came to be known as Churdhar. And after that lord Shiva's worship is done here.

They also warned us to be careful because something bad happened here before. A group of friends came here in winter when there was a lot of snow, about 15 to 20 feet deep. But then the weather got really bad, and they couldn't find their way back down. They ended up stuck in the deep jungle. There were three friends, and sadly, two of them didn't make it. The third friend tried to take care of them and found a safe spot under a big stone. After two days without food or water, a group of shepherds passing by with their sheep found him. They took care of him for 10 days until he felt better. He finally made it home on the 15th day and told everyone what had happened to him and his friends.

It was a scary story that reminded us to be cautious and go with experienced people and proper gear.

After that, we decided to come down or hike down. But before starting , let me show you the stunning landscapes from the top.

They looked amazing! You can see in the photo how beautiful the faraway mountain ranges appeared.

Since there was a lot of snow, we decided to slide down where it was safe.

We were rolling in the snow, playing and enjoying.

The trees in the jungle were covered in snow, making it look like something out of a dream.

Coming down was a easy for us. We practically ran down the snowy slope, rolling along as we went. Our footprints from when we climbed up showed us the way down, making it easy to follow the path.

I hope you enjoyed reading about our adventure.
And sorry for the some low quality photos.
