Hola Comunidad de #SWC, les comparto unas fotos del día de ayer que realicé una rutina corta de Resistencia.
Los Burpees no es un ejercicio que entrene mucho (siendo sincero nunca la verdad😅) pero me tocó practicarlos, porque me di cuenta que luego de hacer los burpees y pasar a flexiones me canso mucho, por eso decidí entrenarlo específicamente.

Burpees is not an exercise that I train a lot (being honest never really😅) but I had to practice them, because I realized that after doing burpees and moving to pushups I get really tired, that's why I decided to train it specifically.
