Today I had the unique opportunity to go for some Tennis early in the morning as a workout. Got invited last minute last night and thought about it for a bit as it has been a long time since I held a tennis racket. In fact, the last time I played I actually hurt myself and thought it would be the last time I would play and type of sport.
However, I thought it would be a good chance to mix things up a bit. It was a great day to be outside and playing so that was another benefit. I was surprised at how well I played which got me feeling proud about my fitness levels which I attributed to the performance. While it did not get me the quantity to get done early for the day, I was able to get a good sweat out of it.
