COLLECTIVE ARTISTIC EXPRESSION | CELEBRATING THE DAY OF THE PLASTIC ARTIST [ENG/ESP]
Hello HIVE, I hope everyone is doing well doing some creative activity.
Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren muy bien haciendo alguna actividad creativa.
On May 10, Visual Artist's Day is celebrated in Venezuela in commemoration of the birth of maestro Armando Reveron, who during his lifetime was a Venezuelan artist and researcher, leaving a great legacy in Venezuelan culture and art; I have frequently told through this medium that I study at UNEARTE Armando Reveron, that university is located in the Caño Amarillo area, Caracas, in that same area there are some warehouses that belong to the university, but they are separated from the main building, in those warehouses there are the sculpture and ceramic workshops; On the day of the plastic artist they organized a reunion of the graduates of the Armando Reveron institute (that was what it was called before the university absorbed it) to carry out an intervention and artistic exhibition in those warehouses. They invited me to enjoy the event and when I arrived they were just setting up some works, I started to help to contribute to the good vibes.
El 10 de mayo se celebra en Venezuela el dia del artista plástico en conmemoración al natalicio del maestro Armando Reveron quien en vida fue artista e investigador venezolano dejando un gran legado en la cultura y el arte venezolano; frecuentemente he contado por este medio que estudio en la UNEARTE Armando Reveron, esa universidad está ubicada en la zona de caño amarillo, Caracas, en esa misma zona hay unos galpones que pertenecen a la univesidad, pero están separados del edificio principal, en esos galpones estan los talleres de escultura y cerámica; el dia del artista plástico organizaron un reencuentro de los graduados del instituto Armando Reveron (asi era como se llamaba antes de que la unearte lo absorbiera) para realizar una intervención y exposición artística en esos galpones. A mí me invitaron para que disfrutara del evento y cuando llegue apenas estaban montando algunas obras, me puse a ayudar para contribuir con la buena vibra.
This was a very good opportunity to meet and interact with great influencers in the current artistic movement of Caracas, I went with @picotart and as we arrived with a very good vibe helping in the process, they offered us the opportunity to do an artistic intervention with all those great artists; We got to work, Moises made a proposal in a sketch where he represented his ancestral roots and his birth experience, I liked his proposal and I told him to capture that sketch on the canvas.
Esta fue una oportunidad muy buena para conocer y relacionarme con grandes influyentes en la movida artistica actual de Caracas, yo fui junto a @picotart y como llegamos con muy buena vibra ayudando en el proceso, nos ofrecieron la oportunidad de hacer una intervencion artistica junto a todos esos grandiosos artistas; nos pusimos manos a la obra, Moises realizo una propuesta en un boceto en donde representaba a sus raices ancestrales y su experiencia de nacimiento, a mi me gusto su propuesta y le dije que plasmara ese boceto en el lienzo.
Since we did not come prepared with painting materials, nor did we know what we were going to paint, but they lent us some paints and brushes; After Moses sketched, it was my turn to apply the color. Another friend named Jesus also arrived and helped us in everything. Harmony and synchronicity flowed a lot between the three of us. To paint we even used clay and the dust from the bricks of the house. back wall, this was a truly REVERONIAN act.
Como nosotros no veniamos preparados con materiales para pintar, ni sabiamos que ibamos a pintar, pero nos prestaron algunas pinturas y brochas; despues que moises boceteo, me tocaba a mi aplicar el color, tambien llego otro amigo que se llama Jesus que nos colaboro en todo, entre los tres fluyo mucho la armonia y sincronicidad, para pintar usamos hasta arcilla y el polvo de los ladrillos de la pared del fondo, este fue un acto verdaderamente REVERONIANO.
The meeting was really very good, good vibes abounded, I met very good artists and received excellent advice that would help me improve my artistic evolution. There was also a DJ playing very interesting music that generated a great atmosphere for artistic intervention. Very good pieces were created on this day of celebration for plastic artists.
De verdad el encuentro estuvo muy bueno, abundaron las buenas vibraciones, conocí a muy buenos artistas y recibi excelentas concejos que me ayudaran a mejorar en mi evolucion artistica, tambien habia un DJ tocando una musica muy interesante que generaba un gran ambiente para la intervencion artistica. piezas muy buenas se crearon en este dia de celebracion para los artistas de la plastica.
This was the result of a collective artistic expression full of ecstasy, fury and passion, we created a surreal work full of essence that highlights the ancestral identity of the human being; It took us about 5 hours to make and we were 3 people who collaborated in the making of this piece of art. I feel super happy to have been able to live that experience with good friends. I know that artistic experiences that are equally or much more satisfactory will soon continue to arrive. that will add to the development of my own artistic language and I will come here to share my evolution with the entire HIVE community. Este fue el resultado de una expresion artistica colectiva llena de extasis, furor y pasión, creamos una obra surrealista llena de esencia que resalta la identidad ancestral del ser humano; nos tomo unas 5 horas en realizar y fuimos 3 personas las que colaboramos en la realizacion de esta pieza de arte, me siento super feliz de haber podido vivir esa experiencia junto a buenos amigos, se que pronto seguiran llegando experiencias artisticas igual o muchisimo mas satisfactorias que sumaran en el desarrolo de mi propio lenguaje artistico y vendre aqui para compartir mi evolucion contoda la comunidad de HIVE.
