PYREWATCH DEVIL.
For a long time I have anticipated drawing this card. There were a number of options that came to mind (that is regarding references) but since one of the yardstick was creativity, I went with a reference that only had one head and came up with the body as well as the sword and beaming flames from his horn and sword.
In reshaping the original reference I didn't change much as the reference had the horn on its head and chin. I also had some trouble getting the right proportion for the sword. I made an handle to it too but had to cut it off as I edited since it didn't rightly fit into the character's hand.
I drew the lineart first with my signature blue pen..
....added some key features of the face firmly

The materials I used while making this sketch are blue, black and red pens from two brands: BIC and SCHNEIDER
