My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2024

    Today, most of my activities are running errands. Because of it, I have gotten myself to go for longer walks. Although walks are a good form of exercise, our body still needs intense exercise to get it to a state where it will burn more calories. A sprint is a good way to bring my body to that state. I think I have to find a suitable schedule for me to go jogging and be able to exercise to a level that will be beneficial to me.

    I will try to make it happen tomorrow and boost my Actifit activity score as well.
