Hoy en Venezuela celebramos el día de la Salud.
Día Mundial de la Salud
El lema que se ha implantado en Venezuela de Mi salud mi derecho hoy 7 de abril se aplica en conmemoración del Día Mundial de la Salud desde la creación de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), se ha mantienido en vigencia el inicio de esta efeméride desde el año 1948, el objetivo es ampliar la cobertura de estos servicios medicos para todo el pueblo.
En el contexto Ejecutivo Nacional se trata de promover la asistencia médica con el fin de generar seguridad y justicia social, así al mismo tiempo contribuyen con las misiones que están dirigidas especialmente hacia los más vulnerables para dar apoyo a un mayor número de personas mediante el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud (MPPS) que es el organismo competente en ésta área.
Este MPPS trabaja en conjunto con la Fundación Misión Barrio Adentro (FMBA) también con el Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales (IVSS) y el Instituto de Prevención Asistencia Social para Personas del Ministerio de Educación (IPASME), los cuales integran el Sistema Público Nacional de Salud y consolidan el legado del Comandante Chávez, así fortifican los avances que a futuro serán los pilares de la atención hospitalaria en el país, ejemplo de ellos es el impacto positivo de la FMBA.
Las estrategias para el acceso universal a la salud implementadas por el Presidente de la República Nicolás Maduro, se suma al potencial renovado del SPNS y la gestión de Magaly Gutiérrez quien es la Ministra del MPPS, esto afianza permanentemente las garantías del derecho a la asistencia médica, mientras mantiene en renovación y reestructuración el SPNS, debido a que muchos de los planes y proyectos presentados en el país siempre han traído su grano de corrupción provocando la falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones y también los escasos productos médicos para la atención.
Aquí en Punta De Mata (el pueblo donde resido) es realmente difícil obtener un servicio médico apropiado (así sea privado) debido al alto costo de medicamentos y atención, varias de las instalaciones están en estado crítico estructuralmente y esto no es solo falla de la gobernación, a mi parecer los niveles de corrupción y de conformidad son muy elevados ya que se han presentado múltiples denuncias referentes pero sin un pueblo que se alce contra la injusticia siempre seremos silenciados.
Es aceptable y entendible el plan gubernamental para traer mejoras publicas al país, espero que todo esto algún día cambie para mejor y así se cumplan al menos las leyes básicas para un vida digna.
Me despido deseándole un grandioso día a todos los medicos del país que hacen milagros salvando vidas con los escasos recursos que se les suministra, también quiero enviarles la mejor energía y fuerza a quienes tienen familiares en condición de cama ya sea en casa o en hospitales espero que todo les salga bien.

The slogan that has been implemented in Venezuela of My health my right today April 7 applies in commemoration of World Health Day since the creation of the World Health Organization (WHO), has remained in force the beginning of this ephemeris since 1948, the objective is to expand the coverage of these medical services for all the people.
In the context of the National Executive, the aim is to promote medical assistance in order to generate security and social justice, and at the same time contribute to the missions that are directed especially towards the most vulnerable to support a greater number of people through the Ministry of People's Power for Health (MPPS), which is the competent body in this area.
This MPPS works together with the Fundación Misión Barrio Adentro (FMBA), also with the Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales (IVSS) and the Instituto de Prevención Asistencia Social para Personas del Ministerio de Educación (IPASME), which integrate the National Public Health System and consolidate the legacy of Commander Chávez, thus fortifying the advances that in the future will be the pillars of hospital care in the country, an example of which is the positive impact of the FMBA.
The strategies for universal access to health implemented by the President of the Republic Nicolas Maduro, adds to the renewed potential of the SPNS and the management of Magaly Gutierrez who is the Minister of the MPPS, this permanently strengthens the guarantees of the right to medical care, while maintaining in renovation and restructuring the SPNS, because many of the plans and projects presented in the country have always brought their grain of corruption causing the lack of maintenance in the facilities and also the scarce medical products for care.
Here in Punta De Mata (the town where I reside) it is really difficult to get proper medical service (even if it is private) due to the high cost of medicines and care, several of the facilities are in critical condition structurally and this is not only the fault of the government, in my opinion the levels of corruption and compliance are very high as multiple complaints have been filed but without a people who stand up against injustice we will always be silenced.
It is acceptable and understandable the government plan to bring public improvements to the country, I hope that all this will someday change for the better and so at least the basic laws for a dignified life will be fulfilled.
I say goodbye wishing a great day to all the doctors in the country who do miracles saving lives with the scarce resources they are provided, I also want to send the best energy and strength to those who have family members in bed condition either at home or in hospitals I hope everything goes well for them.
