Hello SPIers, Today I give an update on what I've decided to do with our HIVE POWER balances across a few of our projects. A few days back I wrote a post suggesting we stop delegating to leo.voter and move over to something that is more consistent and passive.
The comments were supportive but I received more DM's on Discord that also supported this. Seems most people were fearful to leave a comment because of who would see it but the message was loud and clear. Move on.
I have decided to go all in with HIVE curation. It's yielding around 10% atm and we collect 3% for holding HP so 13%. We can test the waters out for a few weeks and so how it goes. If we decide we want to delegate somewhere we can. We try 100% curation first because there's no cooldown if we dont like it.
The swap over from delegating to curating
A few days back, I logged into the auto voters for @spinvest, @spi-store, @eddie-earner and @dailydab and removed all autovotes and stopped following all curation trails. This is to get their voting powers to 100%.
Last night I removed all delegations from leo.voter and we are now waiting 5 days for the cooldown.
When the cooldown is finished and the HP is sitting liquid in our accounts. I will set up each of the above accounts to follow the @eds-vote trail.
I will project curation rewards for each account and start powering down accordingly to provide us with a stable liquid HIVE cash flow.

You are about to start getting upvotes from @spinvest, @spi-store, @eddie-earner, @silverstackeruk and @dailydab with just over 400k HP in the accounts.
Combined over all 6 accounts, your upvotes will more than double and eds-vote will effectively have 750k HP voting power.

Im looking forward to this because it's less work for me and our HIVE incomes should become more stable. This is not that important for SPI but it helps alot with EDS and DAB.
SPI dividends will be a little smaller over the next 2 weeks but EDS and DAB will continue on as normal because their rewards are based on their HP balances and not actual income.
