Hello everyone, I hope you are in this new publication I will talk about almond and coconut milk, whenever I'm shopping I see these cartons of almond and coconut milk but the one I always saw was the almond, it has health benefits as it helps in sugar levels for people who are a highly controlled diet is a great ally, has vitamins and minerals that the body needs, is a fiber but I would say that is complemented by oatmeal, but there is something more curious than this almond milk was chocolate imagine this if I had not seen it for that reason I took pictures, I have not tried it but acquaintances tell me that it is good in cereal and take in the morning at breakfast, of course if price if it is a little higher should be noted, coconut milk if it was more typical to hear it and is tasty has many carbohydrates, is widely used for desserts or medicinal these products look great, and you dear reader and tried any of these? Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren en esta nueva publicación les hablare de la leche de almendras y coco, siempre que estoy de compras veo estos cartones de leche de almendras y coco aunque el que siempre veía era el de almendras, pues tiene beneficios para la salud ya que ayuda en los niveles de azúcar para las personas que están un dieta sumamente controlada es un gran aliado, tiene vitaminas y minerales que el cuerpo necesita, es una fibra mas diría que se complementa con la avena, pero hay algo mas curioso que esta leche de almendras era de chocolate imagínense esta si no la había visto por esa razón le tome fotos, yo no la he probado pero conocidos me dicen que es buena en cereal y tomar por las mañana en el desayuno, claro que si precio si es un poco mas elevado cabe destacar, la leche de coco si era mas típico escucharlo y es sabrosa tiene muchos carbohidratos, es muy usada para postres o medicinal estos productos se ven geniales, y tu querido lector ya probaste alguno de estos? si deseas dame tu opinión.
