Safety has a lot to do to organisation and individuals. Any organisation that priorities on the health of it workers will surely boost her productiveness and efficiency for maximum profit. A good or healthy worker is a productive worker.
Some of these benefits are improved staff morale. When a staff is healthy, such an individual will be motivated to put more effort in discharging his or her cause. Benefit of good health is that it reduces staff turnover. The damage to the equipment will also be reduced. The issue of reduced absenteeism to work and services will be reduced because there won't be reason to be absent at work. The company reputation will be health and improved because certain equipment. The safer the work place, the better the output.
I have been able to observe my daily task of cleaning the planet. I had to allow my children to be off to school before I started doing the process. I picked dirts around the compound in order to have a safe environment.
