Seguramente en algún momento de tu vida te has cruzado con alguna persona famosa o admirada, mi pregunta es ¿Que trato tuviste hacia esa persona?, en primer lugar nos dirigimos con respeto y admiración, atendemos a todo lo que diga o haga, estamos atentos a sus necesidades, esto es algo natural, cuando estamos ante la presencia de quien nosotros consideramos "Muy importante" nuestro comportamiento suele ser así.

Notemos que aquí el apóstol Pablo nos dice prefieran los unos a los otros, esto nos indica que nos tratemos y tratemos a las demás personas como si fueran las personas más importante y esto es principalmente porque el hombre es la obra maestra, la pieza más importante de toda la creación, es por quien Dios ha dado lo más preciado que tenía para salvar.
Nada hagáis por contienda o por vanagloria; antes bien con humildad, estimando cada uno a los demás como superiores a él mismo;

Nuestro llamado es a que consideremos a los demás como superiores a nosotros mismos, no habla la palabra de Dios que nos consideremos inferiores. La esencia se destaca en el amor y esto es como un motor que impulsa a tener todos los resultados qué Dios nos pide como por ejemplo: honremos a los demás así como honramos al señor, todo esto impulsado por el amor.
Entonces cuando hablamos de amar a Dios, también estamos hablando de nuestra disposición a renunciar muchas veces a nuestras necesidades de ponernos en primer lugar en todo, de tener siempre la razón o de qué todas las cosas deben ser hecha solamente nuestra manera. En lugar de todo esto preferimos el camino que nos atrasado Jesucristo a través de la cruz del calvario, caminamos en humildad viviendo y sirviendo no sólo a Dios, también a quienes nos rodean.
Cuándo tomamos acción con estos principios de ceder el lugar a otras personas, no solamente nuestro círculo íntimo, nuestras familias y toda la comunidad se deciden a demostrar lo mismo, consideran el servicio y el respeto hacia los demás personas y todo esto es resultado del amor y lleva a que no solo nosotros honramos a Dios sino que a quienes servimos también lo hagan por amor.
