I always take a shortcut here in this place near at the hill. Even if the place contains lots of slopes views, still there are lots of coconut trees. Lots of young coconut plants can be seen and most of it are nearly harvested. Some of the valuable plants like bananas also planted at the place and it grows very tall and healthy. Many times I passes by here and only few people knew this place as a shortcut leads to the Provincial road of Manticao. As I arrived at the place, my Aunt was very surprised to see me visiting here, we talked a lot of funny stories and after that she did a quick tour to her Simple garden near at here house.
First she take me to her papaya plant section and I've found lots of green papaya fruits. It is very easy to get those fruits because it can only reach by hand. There are 5 papaya plants locates at the place and each plant contains lots of fruits. This can be harvested by next month and they only that my Aunt do is to cultivate and remove those wild grass, so the plants will grows very fasts.
Next was her String beans plants section. She was yet started to plants lots of beans here in this area, in order to keep those planted seeds identified and locates easily, she put a marker made of sticks. She only removed those wild grass and after that she started to plant those string beans seeds. For me, this is a perfect place to plant string beans because it is in the ipen field. She also watered it after planting the seeds so it will become stable in a few days.
Next is the Alugbati vegetables and Bawing plants. Alugbati is a kind of leafy vegetables and it is very popular vegetables here in our place. It grows everywhere and can easily propagated while the Bawing plants is a kind of spicies used for adding on some delicious dish like stews and vegetable soup. She teach me how to cultivated the plants and it needs to watered it every three times a week. She aslo added an organic fertilizer just like dried leaves and Sawdust.
My Aunt also planted lots of chilli peppers and most of her plants already produced lots of chilli peppers. It is highly in demand to market place that is why she decided to plant lots of it. Removing those wild plants near at the chilli plants is better to keep this plants grows better as well.
This area is the corn section. She also planted lots of corn plants here, this was once a fish pond areas but they decided to dried up and planted lots of corn. This month is the corn season that is why lots of people planted it. It takes few hours spending at my Aunts place and after that I decided to went back home to do my daily obligations.
