    2x 40 lb dumbbells

    3 sets of squats x 10 reps slow
    3 sets reverse lunges slow
    2 sets calf raises (one leg at a time)
    40 lbs Hamstring stretches

    Cheat day is over, back on the meal plan
    Egg and beans for brekkie
    Lunch is chicken breast, salad, lentil/veggie soup
    Dinner is broiled Koho salmon with chickpeas and carrots in a mango chutney glaze and bit of a garlic toasted on half a whole grain English muffin
