I’m not feeling well tonight but I still managed to gym tonight to do a few of my workout routine. I only worked on my core and upper back. I did 60 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 30 counts of push ups and 60 counts if mountain climbing.
For my cardio, I did a lot of fast-paced walking to achieve a higher Actifit score for my report.
Tomorrow, my plan is to go for a jog because it’s been days since the last time that I did. Although, walking is a good form of cardio exercise, jogging is still the best for of cardio in order to get my heart beat to reach the intense level. Let’s go!
