What a happy moment to have the opportunity to dive into a new project here on hive. Honestly i couldn't imagine the joy it will yield to have some amiable discounts from all my purchases.
Hmm, since today is the set day for the meetup, i rose up from bed on time so as to help @fokusnow in arranging the office to suite the program. You can clearly perceive from the thumbnail image the look of the office before the arrival of our guests.
To make them feel lively, i cleaned the chairs and also give them a warm smile to make them feel comfortable because, to them, its just sounding like an unrealistic promise. And base on the rate of scammers in Nigeria, people are always afraid especially when they hear of such mouthwatering news and giveaways.
As soon as the program was about kick-starting, i changed my dressing to our proudly Spend HBD t-shirt as you can clearly see from the two images below.
Done with that, the program started and our mentor and leader @fokusnow gave us powerful lecture on how to be a beneficiary. Infact, he told us the need to chose shopping as a carrier from now onward. Hahahaha, for sure, there is need to do so immediately.
Some of the things he taught us include:
- How to sign up on hive
- How to download hive keychain and ecency
- How to use v4v website by businesses
- How to scan receipt
- How to obtain receipt and claim hbd via distriator
But, while he was busy teaching, myself was also busy signing people up on hive, setting up their profile and many more.

Attendant was 35 guests and 2 local guides myself @marajah and @fokusnow. All together 37.
Done with both signing up and setting up of wallet, we all headed over to grand options supermarket and Romey every day super market and both is located in same building at jubilee road aba.
Myself and @fokusnow as the only 2 local guides then volunteered ourselves to help and to guide them properly to avoid mistake.
At the end of the day, personally, i was more than joyful seeing the joy and smile that SPEND HBD team brought to the faces of Nigeria citizens.
Personally, i must appreciate you guys for your generous spirit toward we Nigerians especially now that the condition in the country is as tight as.
Also, i want to apologize for my inability to write down how the special day went immediately after the joyful moment, my phone turned blind and, after bringing it back from repairer, the same thing surfaced again the next morning. I couldn't help but to wait till today since the repairer was unavailable. But, above all, my happiness is back now as the phone is now fixed and am making this post with it.
