    How are you, Good evening dear friends. As usual, I wish you a very successful day/ a very beautiful mental recovery day.Today I am bringing you a delicious way to make carrots. This is actually a carrot curry. But there is no curry. You can keep it for a few days and eat it. You who lead a busy life can use it as a meal plan. So, let's see how to make this delicious carrot curry.

    Ingredients;

    • 250g of carrots
    • 10g of mackerel pieces
    • Three pods of green chillies
    • About seven of small onions
    • Three cloves of garlic
    • Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
    • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
    • 70ml of oil

    The method of making;

    Wash and clean the carrots and cut them into long thin strips. Don't grate.

    Cut small onions thinly and green chilies into long strips.

    Grind garlic and some of curry leaves.

    Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder and half teaspoon of turmeric powder to it and mix well.

    Now fry these carrot strips in oil. When fried in oil, it is not fried until golden or crispy. Frying in normal flame for three to four minutes is enough.

    Add one and a half tablespoons of oil from the heated oil to a clay pot and when the oil is hot, add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds.

    Add garlic, curry leaves mixture.

    While stirring, add small onions and stir.

    Add rampe leaves and green chillies.

    Then add chilli pieces and mix with normal flame.

    Now reduce the heat of the stove, add sugar and stir well until the sugar dissolves.

    Now add mackerel pieces and stir well.

    Now turn off the heat and add the fried carrot strips, stir fry and remove from the stove.
