Yesterday was lovely, the first day of 2024 with no rain and it was sunny all day. We nipped out for a little jaunt in our hire car, as our car is in the garage (long story).
We hopped over (good pun for breweries and Easter bunnies) to Renegade Brewery in Yattendon to buy some beverages as we have guests on Easter Sunday, well today as I post this.
Great to see a full car park there, the restaurant and beer garden were buzzing. Good Old Boy has become my favourite.
I realised we weren’t far from Frilsham and there is a lovely church there. I went there back in the Autumn and could only explore its exterior but being Easter, the doors were open. Lovely inside and I loved the ceiling, it was quite light and airy in there.
Last of all we drove up the hill, parked in the village hall car park for the same village and took a walk into the woods to find the Frilsham Well. I’d been before and might have posted here but Tina hadn’t.
