This week, we're going with a summoner that I don't really use. However, the more important thing are the monsters that are very strong in Equal Opportunity rule of combat.

Since Equal Opportunity gives everyone the Opportunity ability that changes the targetting priority to the least health on the opponent's side, having the chance to increase your max health also decreases the chance that your monster may get attacked. This also helps when that said monster is one of your carries or the one you expect to deal the damage and help you win.

There's no available Dallan that is worth to buy at max level right now. You can get a level 4 though for $16. You may spend a little bit below $50 to get a max level Dallan so I don't suggest purchasing one right now.

    Market Price | Rent

    𝔓𝔥𝔬𝔱𝔬 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔪𝔶 𝔖𝔭𝔩𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔢𝔯𝔩𝔞𝔫𝔡𝔰 𝔞𝔠𝔠𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔱.

Since I don't advice buying a max level Dallan, rent one instead. He's currently the cheapest one to rent at max level and you can do a lot even if his ability is not particularly strong.

Venari Bonesmith's price is a low due to the abundance of supply. Unfortunately, you cannot buy a direct max level though. You can get a level 6 which is $1.60 for around 60 copies. Combining two of them is enough for a max level so if you want a max level Venari Bonesmith, you need around $3.20

Renting Venari Bonesmith is a bit cheaper though. You can rent a max level at 0.17 DEC per day, which is cheap enough to be a daily rental.

    Stats | Dallan

    Dallan stats.jpg
    𝔓𝔥𝔬𝔱𝔬 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔪𝔶 𝔖𝔭𝔩𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔢𝔯𝔩𝔞𝔫𝔡𝔰 𝔞𝔠𝔠𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔱.

Dallan is a Epic summoner from the Chaos Legion Series.

Level 6 Epic summoners allow the use of:

Dallan's 4 mana cost is a bit okay. There's a lot of summoners better than him but the price point differs a lot. The Death Splinter has a lot of useful monsters though at max level so that problem on his abilities is miniscule than his advantages.

    Abilities

    Cripple.png

Cripple. [Negative Status] Monsters attacked by this card have their max health reduced by 1.

While it's not the strongest ability in the game, it's still a good counter when you are against monsters with Heals and Tank Heals.

    𝔓𝔥𝔬𝔱𝔬 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔪𝔶 𝔖𝔭𝔩𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔢𝔯𝔩𝔞𝔫𝔡𝔰 𝔞𝔠𝔠𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔱.

Stat-wise, his aren't very strong. The health and damage are decent and doesn't have any armor. His abilities, on the other hand, makes up for it.

    Abilities

    Life Leech.png

At level 1, Life Leech is unlocked. [Stat Modifier] When this monster damages an opponent's health, increase their max health by half the damage.

Life Leech is probably the best ability in Equal Opportunity rule of combat as this makes your monsters high health which also makes them not the target for attacks in the long run.

    Poison.PNG

At level 4, Poison is unlocked. [Negative Status] Attacks from this monster can inflict Poisoned Status. Poisoned monsters take 2 damage at the start of each round.

Poison is a good ability on long games. Opponents would take 2 extra damage per round even if this monster dies.

    Dispel.png

At level 8, Dispel is unlocked. [Support] Removes all [Positive Status] from the opponent when hit by this monster's attack.

Dispel, as I found out, is a good counter against Bloodlust. And would you believe me that one of the best monster in this rule of combat is Quora Towershead? Dispel is a good ability to have if ever you encounter her in one of your games.

    Lineup.jpg
    𝔓𝔥𝔬𝔱𝔬 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔪𝔶 𝔖𝔭𝔩𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔢𝔯𝔩𝔞𝔫𝔡𝔰 𝔞𝔠𝔠𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔱.

    1. Xenith Monk: Normally, he's not as strong on lower league but his potential starts to get unlocked once you get his Void ability unlocked. Any defensive abilities combined with Heal is very strong since a difference of 1 damage is very huge in this game.
    2. Venari Marksrat: Still one of the best in Equal Opportunity rule of combat due to Martyr ability. You can choose whom would get buffed.
    3. Venari Bonesmith: His Life Leech ability is very strong in Equal Opportunity rule of combat since his health increases every attack allowing him to not be the target of attack as rounds go on.
    4. Wily Coyotian: He's an excellent 2 mana cost unit due to his extra armor. There's nothing special about him though.
    5. Chaos Agent: I had an extra mana so I added him.

    Aqua Simple Banner 1.png

    ᗪIᗪ YOᑌᖇ ᔕTᖇᗩTEGY ᗯOᖇKEᗪ?

    Yes.
. Xenith Monk is too durable for my opponents to get pass through. I had Venari Marksrat placed in between my carries for the Martyr ability. As the battle goes on, my Venari Bonesmith would get higher health than Xenith Monk due to Life Leech ability. Once this happen, the opponent's attacks would then focus on Xenith Monk as my Venari Bonesmith slowly deals with the remaining opponents with his damage and Poison ability.

    Aqua Simple Banner 1.png

ᗯᕼᗩT ᗯIᒪᒪ YOᑌ TᖇY ᗪIᖴᖴEᖇEᑎTᒪY ᑎE᙭T TIᗰE?

    Dallan to Akane.
If only Akane's max level is a bit cheaper, she would be perfect in this rule of combat. You can use her Lookout in order to reduce the damage of the opponents using Opportunity and delay the damage further.

    𝑫𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆
Dallan and Venari Bonesmith in Equal Opportunity Rules of Combat
    ? 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒏𝒐𝒕?

    Yes.
. While Dallan's ability isn't as useful, it still gave me a bit of option to use max level units. Venari Bonesmith is also good in this rule of combat as his Life Leech ability can increase his max health allowing you to focus the opponent's attacks to Xenith Monk later in the game.
