Hello to all my friends in the black and white community, I hope you're all doing well and everything is going smoothly there. I'm Manti, and I'm back with another photo shoot and another blog post, this time featuring a handsome, tall, and stylish groom for a wedding photoshoot. So, join me as we take a look at some of these cool groom photos. These images can be fantastic ideas for photographing the groom on your wedding day.Let's start with the first photo, which features the groom in front of a mirror.

This captures the process of the groom getting ready for his ceremony and ensuring he looks his best. Here, we used a regal mirror and placed a table lamp directly behind the groom at a distance to create a nice depth of field and enhance the focus of the photo. We shot from a 45-degree angle and asked the groom to step slightly away from the mirror and turn his face towards the main light, which was a large 100x70 softbox. With his hand on his collar, pretending to be getting ready, we captured this moment. I placed another light for a rim light behind him, and these two lights were positioned directly opposite each other to ensure the radio flash functioned correctly and the lights were synchronized.

In the next image, the groom is standing next to a mirror. Since it was nighttime and the natural light had faded, we illuminated the scene from a different angle, from inside. This was the opposite of the previous setup, where we had lit from the windows. The groom was facing the light and at a profile angle to my camera, fastening his watch while smiling at his hand.

For the next photo, we used a window as part of our decor with a light source behind it. We created a backlight using a large Godox SL400 Joule strobe directly behind the window, ensuring it illuminated the groom fully. Then, I asked the groom to sit on a couch, with one leg forward and the other slightly back. We captured the image just like that. I also placed another light directly in front of him at a 45-degree angle to provide additional light and act as a fill light. This light was positioned on the other side of the window, facing the groom.

Finally, we have the last photo, taken outdoors, featuring the bride and groom on their formal photoshoot day. We're currently working on a video and a more casual outdoor photoshoot for them, and we'll be sharing those with you soon.

Thank you for following me to the end of this post. Until next time, farewell.
