For anybody who reads these, this might come as a shock, I was walking a lot around campus 😀 yeah, not a big shock...
Anyway, walking and talking doing some stretching, nothing too big. However, I did make it back in the weightroom. We changed up some things since it has been a while, and the body is not used to pushing the limits as much.
A couple of different curls, some deadlifts mixed in with some skull crushers and dips. Finished up with some good mornings, so I am sure I am going to hurt tomorrow.
