There are times I do wonder how cycling can help with mood swings or sadness and that was way before I try riding my first bicycle. I'm the kind that always find comfort staying indoor and it wasn't because I love too but because I really don't have where to go. Most times when I stay too much inside I always feel this dizzy and change in mood kind of stuff and at some point some of my friend recommend me taking evening stroll anytime I can, I was like strolling to where, will I just be walking around my street randomly without having a particular destination but I yield to it and after a while I got tired.

Soon after they recommend maybe I should get a bicycle and be riding it around, it will make me cover more distances, lighten up my mood and even make me fit physically. I actually thought it was a joke until I ask my friend who is also my neighbour to lend me his bicycle because I was bored, he did without hesitating as per guy to guy, I rode it for some mins and I really enjoyed it, apart from the fresh evening air, I notice that it somehow increase my serotonin which we call happy hormones, I was relieved at some point which was what I actually want. Cycling is a stress relieved exercise and also have more healthy benefit to the whole human body system.

I have not for once see someone getting sad from riding a bicycle and it is even more enjoyable when you ride in groups because you get to feel more alive that way. I do see cyclist in group most times and I do see how happy they are and how they do task each other, I even wish I can join their riding click one day.
