Hello Splinterlands Summoners! In today's #SplinterlandsAmbassador post, let's discuss about the new Ambassador Program.
The new Ambassador Program
The old referral system was updated and now called the Ambassador Program. In this new system, there are two tiers: Silver and Gold. All previous referrals were cleared and you can no longer refer yourself with alt accounts.
Silver
At least 1 refer 1 person and upon them purchasing a Spellbook, both the referrer and the referral would get 500 credits each, the referrer would get 5% of the referral's end-of-season Glint capped at 100% of the referrer's Glint for the season.
Gold
At least 10 referrals who have spent at least $100 in purchases and rentals. This includes rentals and purchase that was made not only on the in-game market but also on 3rd party websites. The perks of being a Gold Tier Ambassador includes every perks of a silver ambassador as well as a 5% bonus for every packs that your referral has purchased. The referrer also gets 1% on every peer-to-peer transaction of the referral.
Benefits for Ambassadors
As stated above, the benefits to Ambassadors are the 500 credits as well as a bonus Glint at EOS. If you are in Gold Tier then you get additional bonus for purchases by your referral.
Steps to Take Part in the Program
To take part in the program:
- Log into your account and click the settings at the top right corner.
- On the dropdown, click Ambassador Status. You should see the page below.
- You can see your referral link. Copy and share to other social media where you promote Splinterlands.

Learn the game mechanics, know the rulesets and team compositions. Be updated to game upgrades. This will help you explain the game better.
Build a Strong Referral Strategy
Write about Splinterlands in social media by creating tutorials and highlight the fun and enjoyable gaming experience as well as the benefits of earning tokens.
Target the Right Audience
Focus on potential players who enjoy trading card games and play to earn games. Join forums, facebook and discord groups dedicated to trading card games, NFTs and crypto.
