Saludos nuevamente gente Hive, retomando después de reposar las lesiones que me impedían realizar algunos ejercicios tanto dinámicos como estáticos.
Ha Sido un día muy productivo y lleno de energías lo cual es reconfortante luego de estar un mes de reposo. He tenido notorias mejoras en las dos muñecas pero aún sigue una molestia leve así que toca no exigirse tanto o más de lo recomendado.
Luego les llegaré con nuevos contenidos de calidad muchachos.

Greetings again Hive people, resuming after resting the injuries that prevented me from performing some dynamic and static exercises.
It has been a very productive and energetic day, which is comforting after being off for a month. I have had noticeable improvements in both wrists but there is still slight discomfort so it is time to not push myself as much or more than recommended.
