I took this picture with my phone when I was in a hospital to be called for an x-ray and suddenly the sun's rays appeared and it was as if a light was turned on. It gave me this shadow where you can see the counter, the glass partitions and the chairs in the waiting room and even a lady who was sitting down, you can see her back.
