Good afternoon, #Monomad friends
A stroll through the local park is a good opportunity to get some fresh air, but invariably to hear good stories, and to witness socializing and generational interaction. This past Sunday, I went to Salgueiro Maia Park and a group of friends, well into their 68s, were chatting about their daily worries... It's something we sometimes don't pay attention to. And we often find ourselves traveling through the week, without even noticing that another week has passed, and that another one will follow... and time will rock us to its rhythm... and leave its marks, like the ones we see today on the wrinkled faces of the senior citizens who frequent this urban park.
Let's not get carried away without a clear path or direction. We know we're not the masters of all our time, but let's make the most of what we're given and try to get the most out of it. A minute that is over will never be again...
Let's do something different. Let's face our fears and support those who are fighting for their lives and their individuality today....
I hope you enjoyed my post here in the B&W community
