Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren súper bien y que hayan tenido una semana espectacular en todos los sentidos🌻. Por este lado he estado experimentando algunos cambios positivos en mi día a dia por lo que he tenido un poco descuidado el running, pero ya estoy agarrando el ritmo jejejeje para retomar el ritmo que venía trayendo en enero.
Está semana pude correr solo dos veces el lunes y hoy sábado, durante Estás dos prácticas pude sentir como me agote con más facilidad pues este mes de febrero he practicado muy pocas veces y el cuerpo me está pasando factura, pero estoy satisfecha con los kilómetros que recorrí está semana tal vez no fueron muchos pero todo suma para mi record personal y también para el grupal.
En las imágenes les dejo el análisis que hace la app de strava que es la que usamos al momento de correr. El lunes corri 4km a un ritmo promedio de 6:43/km y hoy corrie 5km a un ritmo promedio de 6:36/km espero mejorar mi rendimiento y condición física para aumentar los kilómetros recorridos y mantener un buen ritmo. Este mes ya está que se acaba, espero poder correr estos últimos días para tener un buen cierre de mes.

This week I could run only twice on Monday and today Saturday, during these two practices I could feel how I get exhausted more easily because this month of February I have practiced very few times and the body is taking its toll on me, but I am satisfied with the kilometers I ran this week maybe they were not many but everything adds to my personal record and also for the group.

I hope to improve my performance and physical condition to increase the kilometers run and keep a good pace.
