Ecclesiastes 9:2 (KJV) All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath.
Everybody experiences the same thing. We all go through the same experiences. Both the wicked and the righteous; both the good and the bad, we all pass through the same situation in life. God is fair in all his dealings with humanity. He is not a wicked God. He does not do wickedness.
When we see bad things happening to people who are good, it is right in the sight of God. Sometimes, we do not understand that God is taking away the righteous person from evil that is to come. We should not count God unjust. We should not covert the wicked.
The prosperity of the wicked will not last long. It will not always go well with the wicked. Even if the wicked man prospers today, God is preparing him for the day of judgment. On the judgment day everyone will be rewarded with what is due for their actions. There is no peace for the wicked. The destruction of the wicked will meet them in hell.
Luke 6:20 (KJV) And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for your's is the kingdom of God.
