Saludos comunidad de #Hive y #swc, espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy, el pasado lunes, como es costumbre iba a entrenar freestyle, pero a eso de las 5 de la tarde cuando ya iba saliendo para el parque empezó a llover muy fuerte y eso me detuvo a practicar freestyle ese día, pero cuando pasaron las horas y la lluvia paró, decidí entrenar, a altas horas de la noche fui al parque a realizar mi respectivo entrenamiento, como estaba todo lleno de agua, solo hice combos de Front lever, y marcar planchas, no me sentía cómodo en la plancha, me sentía sin fuerza, solo lograba marcar un full 2seg y como 4seg de straddle planche, despues de no aguantarlas más solo hacía intentos para marcar full planche solamente, para acostumbrar mi cuerpo a esa tensión, ya que es un estático muy difícil de dominar, luego me fuí a las paralelas y empecé combos de front lever, como ya tengo mi front lever un poco más dominado, logre durarlo 15seg, y a pesar de eso sentía mi cuerpo cansado ese día, después hice pull UPS de front lever, touch, press, y otras variantes, como pull UPS en front lever con el agarre más abierto, y durarlo y una press, cada día sigo mejorando para llegar a un gran nivel, esto es todo por ahora, espero les haya gustado este post, nos vemos en otra ocasión!.
